Madeline Glanton
Madeline Glanton is a Junior Mass Communications major attending Texas State University. She is also double minoring in Theatre and Criminal Justice. She has a fiery passion for the arts, particularly film and theatre. As an actress in high school, her many roles included: Lina Lamont in "Singin' in the Rain," Jovie in "Elf the Musical," Lucy in "Snoopy the Musical," Gloria in "Madagascar the Musical," and Pepper in "Annie." In her freshman year at Belmont University, before transferring to Texas State University, she ran lights for the school's production of "Thoroughly Modern Millie." It was there that she discovered a love for the behind-the-scenes jobs of theatre and film. After her transfer, she took classes in script writing and acting. Through these courses, she has developed a love for the art of casting. She believes that the casting of a show/film is the defining factor of that  show/film's success and that the correct casting choices can set the magic of film making into motion. Her dream is to become a casting director and eventually cast an Academy Award Best Picture winner.
